The Jump Shot Doc was developed to provide players with a training regimen that focuses on helping the player become a pure shooter. Each workout will include THREE-20 minute stations, equaling one hour of total workout time.
The player will spend the first 20-minutes in our wrist/hand/fingers STRENGTHENING CELL where they will perform multiple hand strengthening and dribbling drills.
During the second 20-minute segment, the player will receive personalized, one-on-one professional shooting instruction from a professional shooting coach. This is when the player will work on their shooting mechanics, from their balance and footwork, to their arm position, to the placement of the ball in their hands, to the release of their shot. This station will require a lot of concentration, patience, and willingness by the player to make small, or large, changes to their shot.
Lastly, the player will go to the third 20-minute station. During this final segment of the workout, the player will train independently using the shooting machine to shoot hundreds of shots in repetition. While they shoot, the NOAH SYSTEM will be analyzing and recording the arc, depth, and direction of entry into the rim of every shot, and tracking the player’s overall performance. The Noah System tracks every shot attempt, and provides a map of the player’s progress and shooting percentage.
