Matt Beeuwsaert ( a.k.a. Coach Beez ) grew up in Orange County playing for Mater Dei H.S. He was awarded CIF Player of the Year as a junior, and following his senior season, was selected as a McDonald’s H.S. All-American. He accepted a scholarship to Notre Dame, and finished his collegiate career at CAL. After college, Coach Beez played ten professional seasons in Europe, where he also met his wife. Coach Beez and his wife have four children and reside in Southern California.
